Deposits are non-refundable unless Charlee cancels and you are unable to reschedule within the next 3 months. If you are truly unable to make your appointment, you can reschedule within a 3 week period with 48h notice or more, or the deposit will be forfeit. Some exceptions may be made at Charlee’s discretion. The session balance including GST on the full amount will be payable at the beginning of the session. Thank you!
